Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. During the peak holiday season (November and December), we recommend ordering at least 10 days in advance to ensure your items arrive in time for your celebrations.
What is your return policy for seasonal items?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for holiday-specific decor, returns must be initiated before December 20th to be eligible for a full refund.
Do your electronic decorations come with a warranty?
Yes, all Mr. Christmas mechanical and electronic decorations include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and electrical components.
Are your outdoor decorations weather-resistant?
Products labeled for 'Outdoor Use' are designed to withstand rain and snow. However, we recommend bringing them indoors during extreme weather conditions or high winds to preserve their finish.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
